‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Season 10 Finale Spoilers: Sandra Oh Quits; Fired Shane and Leah

One thing is for certain, Grey's Anatomy's Season 10 finale is shaping up to be quite the series game changer. Spoilers Alert: Not only is Sanda Oh's Christian Yang done at the end of this year's run, but Tessa Ferrer and Gaius Charles--who play surgical residents Leah Murphy and Shane Ross--are done as well. Oh has reportedly decided to quit the series after ten long seasons, though Ferrer and Charles were ostensibly fired after the network failed to renew their contracts.

Look out Grey Anatomy fans and look around, because the cast you know and love isn't long for this world.

Series creator Shonda Rimes is bringing back Sandra's original on-air beau, Isiah Washington, for what she promises will be a sentimental but fitting send off.

According to KpopStarz, Rimes has said that she is dedicated to making sure that Sandra's departure will be handled with the gravitas it deserves:

"It's important to me that Cristina's journey unfolds exactly as it should. Burke is vital to that journey - he gives her story that full-circle moment we need to properly say goodbye to our beloved Cristina Yang."

Conversely, no one has really said anything about how or why Tessa Ferrer and Gaius Charles characters are out, but Entertainment Weekly, Deadline, and Today all agree--Shane and Leah are kaput.

"Grey's Anatomy is bidding adieu to two recent cast additions. I've learned that series regulars Tessa Ferrer and Gaius Charles are not getting their contracts picked up for next season."

Sandra Oh and Kevin McKidd, who plays Owen Hunt, indulged their over active imagination for Yahoo!, concocting their ideal departure from the show:

McKidd: "They're going to go off and do some bad ass thing in India or somewhere, create a new hospital...Cure malaria in Africa."

Oh: "In the fantasy of the television fantasy...Yeah! Let's go cure disease. But I'm a heart surgeon. We're going to go do surgery around the world."

What you want to bet, that it's even more dramatic than that?
