Donny Darko Jake Gyllenhall has had plenty of time to move on since splitting with Twitter devotee and country music pop star Taylor Swift. The Enemy star is said to possibly be dating Southpaw co-star Rachel McAdams, while Taylor was reportedly sworn off men for a while. Despite the facts that Jake is currently dating model Alyssa Miller, while Rachel is said to be seeing musician Patrick Sambrook; the Brokeback Mountain star was seen out on a date last week with McAdams, that looked like something more than juts friendly dinner date to some on-lookers.
Word has it that Jake Gyllenhaal is finally making his play for Southpaw co-star Rachel McAdams, after the sexual tension on set seemingly became too much to handle.
Apparently Jake and Rachel had to feel thing out at Pittsburgh's Meat and Potatoes restaurant on June 3, despite reportedly being attached to partners in other per-existing relationships.
An eyewitness told Star Magazine that the encounter looked to be far more than platonic-Jake and Rachel looked just like a bona fide couple:
"They had a lot of chemistry...They kept teasing each other in a flirt way."
What worse, is an alleged insider claims that Jake and Rachel have really been fighting back the feeling for a long time now-perhaps too long a time (via Star):
"They can't deny their feeling for each other...I wouldn't be surprised if they're already dating."
But according to Michael Duganier, an eyewitness who actually went as far as posting a picture of the pair to Instagram, claims that it all seemed pretty tame to him (via ABC News):
"They were just having dinner...It looked casual--looked to be just friends hanging out."
Yeah...but what are they doing under that table?
