Ellen DeGeneres friendship with her Modern Family fellow Covergirl Sofia Vergara is as about as secret as the whispers that the day time talk show host's marriage to Arrested Development Portia de Rossi is near divorce. According to the latest Hollywood gossip rumors that friendship is starting to make jealous de Rossi more than just little uncomfortable. There are even some suggestions that Portia is so upset that she has practically stopped eating altogether. It is hard to say if Portia is dieting to get her girl's attention or if she is mourning their split by slipping into anorexia.
No one would be surprised if Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi called the whole marriage of at this point and just split up to go their separate ways.
After a year filled with accusation of infidelity, intoxication and insecurity it seems that Portia and Ellen's fissure is well over due.
All it needs it something or someone to push it right over the edge.
According to OK! Magazine Modern Family seductress Sofia Vergara, who just recently publicly announced her split from fiancé Nick Loeb, may just be the perfect person/catalyst to more Ellen's divorce within field goal range:
"Portia always resented Ellen's friendship with Sofia, and now that Sofia is leaning on Ellen for support--she's even more jealous.
"Portia always thought Ellen was a little too touchy-feely with Sofia.
"They've fought about it before, but Ellen convinced Portia she was blowing the situation out of proportion and that the women were just good friends."
The way the Inquistir's cited source made it seem Porta was never so good with proportion sizes in the first place, and now that her marriage is failing she is starving for more than just Ellen's attention:
"Since she has no real control over having a baby or even keeping Ellen in the marriage with her she is resorting to controlling what she can--her weight.
"While Portia has never been a big girl she can look downright sickly when under pressure and recent pics show that she's shrinking again."
Sounds like if Ellen waits long enough this whole marriage situation might just sort its self out.
