According to the latest gossip news updates, the family of Tennessee teen Skylar Eden has sued both Chmerkovskiy and CBS, which also posted the pic, for $6 million each over his posting a photo of a girl to Instagram, who has Down Syndrome, as a meme that she ultimately found offensive.
