With Nadia Sirota finishing up her much-anticipated residency at Symphony Space, so, too, has her latest episode of WQXR-Q2's Meet the Composer podcast just wrapped with everyone's favorite working composer, Nico Muhly. And for their parts together, Sirota and Muhly will soon be packing up to hit the road with one of our own favorite working composers' collective, Iceland's Bedroom Community--for the third iteration of their grand "Whale Watching Tour."

    The Heartbeat Opera has announced the return of its annual Spring Festival slated for mid-March. Now for another first -- the Hollywood icon is announcing his first ever world tour behind the release of his second record, Lost Themes II. While Carpenter brought both his son, Cody Carpenter, and his godson, Daniel Davies, back for the sequel, this time around the boys were able to come together all at once in the studio, instead of exchanging bit and pieces of songs over the Internet for years.
