Legendary jazz label Blue Note Records is celebrating its diamond (or gold, depending on tradition) anniversary with a 75th Anniversary Vinyl Initiative. Well, the aptly named new Son House Apartments had a stellar ribbon cutting ceremony last Monday. Located on Joseph Avenue in Rochester, New York, the affordable, one-bedroom dwellings for the homeless are part of a new partnership between Providence Housing and Catholic Family Center.
