Forget about football, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is what we are looking forward to. The all-star annual event has been charming audiences, and freezing celebrities, for 88 years. One of our favorite parts of the grand tradition has to be the Broadway performances. The full list of musicals that will be showcased has been released. This year, musical theater fans all over the world will get a taste of, 'A Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder,' 'The Last Ship,' 'Side Show,' the classic 'On the Town; ("New York, New York") and more. Player-turned-coach Jason Kidd has achieved a lot during his 20-year career in the NBA. Most notably, he won his first and only championship in 2011 as a member/leader of the Dallas Mavericks. Also, he has many substantial achievements that tend to go unnoticed: he has been co-rookie of the year, led the NBA in assists several years in a row, been noticed as a NBA All-Star multiple times and he even won a gold medal in the 2000 Olympic games in Sydney. However, these achievements were not on the minds of New York Nets fan’s during Kidd’s first game coaching against the team he once led to victory. Instead, according to Yahoo, the loud booing and yells of “traitor” indicated the fans were more concerned with Kidd’s untidy farewell to the basketball franchise.
