History Channel is more that half way through Season 2 of its Vikings series, and the show still appears to have more than enough steam to run more several more seasons to come. And with the more than $40 million they are getting for Season 3, it looks like that the show's longevity is a given. Floki has yet to betray Travis Fimmel's Ragnar Lothbrok to King Horik, though it seems only a matter of time. Plus Bjorn hasn't truly made slave Porunn, played by Gaia Weiss, his, perhaps because of her terrible backstory, filled with hardships and rape.
