The James Bond films have always been known for having a multitude of babes in it. James is very popular with the ladies and filmmakers throughout the series have made sure that his girls are 100% top grade babe-age. However, Vin Diesel's new entry in his XXX franchise is going to give Bond a run for his money. For this new entry, Diesel has recruited mega-watt babe-age in the form of Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, Vampire Diaries star Nina Dobrev and Orange is the New Black actress Ruby Rose.
The film XXX: The Return of Xander Cage is the third film in the series and the first since 2005, which co-starred Italian babe Asia Argento. According to India Today." According to The Hollywood Reporter, in this movie, Nina Dobrev will play a witty and sarcastic techie, whereas Ruby Rose will essay the role of a sniper.Bollywood bombshell Deepika Padukone will play a huntress and Cage's love interest."
Seen as an anti-Bond film, XXX, in its first incarnation was a hit. For this one, Deepika Padukone will be looking to establish herself and her viability in Hollywood. Already a huge star in India, Deepika was inspired by fellow Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra successful transition to Hollywood, via American TV. Nina Dobrev found stardom on TV in the CW's The Vampire Diaries. No longer a part of the show, Dobrev is looking to establish a film career herself as is Ruby Rose, who co-stars on Orange is the New Black.
Lead actor Vin Diesel has been pursuing Deepika for some time now to be in one of his movies. Vin Diesel had this to say via India Today, "I have been dying to work with someone from Bollywood and bridge that gap, and I think there is something very multi-cultural about that, and very exciting. I think she is going to be just such a delight. I think the world will go crazy over her character," he added.
