People have been whispering as the photos have made the rounds. Granted, Katrina Kaif is a beautiful and talented actress but the strain the relationship was putting on Kaif was visibly noticed for a while. Kaif looked haggard and emotionally drained. That has since changed. Recent photos show Kaif is looking revitalized and healthy, dare we say happy?

It's hard to believe that, just back in July, the couple were rumored to be engaged to be married. Ranbir looked like every woman's dream by popping the question to Katrina on her birthday. Of course, both were quick to issue denials, especially Katrina, which is interesting considering that lack of a commitment on Ranbir's part to marriage. So, why is Katrina Kaif happy?
Could it be the Salman Khan influence? Salman is a notorious jokester and has became more of a happy-go-lucky type of guy of recent. Is the Salman Khan influence mellowing Katrina Kaif out? Certainly, if her appearance on Khan's reality TV show is any indication, it is. When she appeared on the finale of Bigg Boss 9, Salman was so smooth he would have made Frank Sinatra jealous. That type of praise would probably make anyone smile. If Katrina was miserable with Ranbir, then, maybe she is better off without him.
