Tony Winner BD Wong Talks ‘Gotham’ Hugo Strange’s Plans for the Penguin

One of the best things to come out of the 2015-2016 TV season was Fox’s 'Gotham.; The Batman origin series quickly became a must watch for many, including Yours Truly. The show got even better with the Season 2 addition of B.D. Wong as Doctor Hugo Strange. Wong is perhaps best known for his roles in 'Law & Order: SVU' and HBO’s 'OZ.'
