Disney ‘Frozen the Musical’ Coming to Broadway in 2018 with Kristen Anderson & Robert Lopez

Winter is coming and it's coming in 2018. That is right, Frozen the Musical is coming to Broadway in just two short years. That means just as you are finally to get “Let it Go,” out of your head, you going to get have it stuck right back in skull again. The Disney musical will feature the same writing team of husband and wife Robert Lopez (E.G.O.T winner, Book of Mormon, Avenue Q) and Kristen Anderson-Lopez (Disney’s Finding Nemo the Musical) providing the music and Jennifer Lee penning the book.

  • NBC ‘Hairspray Live’ Producers Talk Race Relations and Their History with The Broadway Show

    This winter NBC is taking us back to the 60’s with a live tv musical production of 'Hairspray.' The show will be produced by Craig Zadan and Neil Meron who in addition to producing last year’s musical 'The Wiz Live,' also produced the 2006 film version of 'Hairspray.' Now Zadan and Meron are opening up about the reasons why they decided to go back to 'Hairspray' noting the nation's growing problems regarding race relations.
