While the decline of jazz in America is no laughing matter, it's sometimes worth it to have a laugh with the notion of jazz in the framework. For IFC's forthcoming series The Spoils Before Dying, Kristen Wiig, Will Ferrell and more use the genre as a stomping ground for what appears to be an epic comedy.
