Tony Winner BD Wong on Wrong Side of ‘Law & Order’ in Fox’s ‘Gotham’ as Hugo Strange

B.D. Wong knows a thing or two about 'Law & Order,' Playing forensic psychiatrist and FBI criminal profiler Special Agent George Huang, on 'Law & Order: SVU' as well as Oswald State Penitentiary chaplain Father Ray Mukada in HBO’s 'OZ.'
