Tony Winner BD Wong on Wrong Side of ‘Law & Order’ in Fox’s ‘Gotham’ as Hugo Strange

B.D. Wong knows a thing or two about 'Law & Order,' Playing forensic psychiatrist and FBI criminal profiler Special Agent George Huang, on 'Law & Order: SVU' as well as Oswald State Penitentiary chaplain Father Ray Mukada in HBO’s 'OZ.' But now Wong is taking on something a little stranger. The Tony Award winner is returning to TV this Monday, Professor Hugo Strange in Fox’s Batman prequel series, 'Gotham.'   • National Endowment for the Arts & Kennedy Center Announce 2016 Honorees

    The National Endowment for the Arts has announced its 2016 honorees. Considered the highest honor that a U.S. jazz musician can receive, a tribute concert will be held at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. on April 4 at 8 p.m.
